Orders are paid for by Bank Transfer. This is to be done using a cash deposit or online bank transfer and you must always use your order number for the payment reference. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCTS NAMES AS YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED. BILLING IS ALWAYS DISCREET WITH NO REFERENCE TO STEROIDS SHOWING.
Delivery
Our aim is 3 BUSINESS DAYS to dispatch the orders but this can, at times, take longer. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as business days and the maximum dispatch time is 20 business days. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Once the parcel has left our care and has entered the Royal Mail system you will get your tracking barcode - use this to track your order. This is much quicker than emailing the office and asking them.
